HOW MUCH DOES THE TRADE COPIER SERVICE COST?

To make our service affordable to small and large accounts we have established a monthly fee of $67 per month.

HOW DOES YOUR TRADE COPIER SERVICE WORK?

You will need to subscribe to our service, and send us your MT4 account login information. We will then place your account on our VPS, and attach your account to our trade copier.

HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED IN MY TRADING ACCOUNT?

To maintain proper money management rules you need to open an account with a minimum of $1,000.

WILL I NEED TO SHARE MY MT4 LOGIN CREDENTIALS?

In order to place your MT4 trading account on our VPS will need your login credentials.

WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU TRADE?

The forex market is open 5 days a week 24 hours a day. A trade can be taken at any time.

DO I NEED TO LEAVE MY COMPUTER ON AT ALL TIMES?

Because your MT4 account is placed on our sever there is no need to leave your computer on at all times. You can login any time to view open and closed trades.

CAN I USE THIS SERVICE WITH ANY MT4 BROKER?

Our trade copier service supports all MT4 trading platforms. We have no affiliations with any broker it is your decision which broker you choose to use.

WHAT TRADING STRATEGY DO YOU USE?

Our strategy is propriety! We trade a fully automated algorithm strategy to keep human error and emotions out of trades.

WHAT CURRENCY PAIRS DO YOU TRADE?

We trade the following currency pairs: AUDJPY, AUDUSD, EURGBP, EURUSD, GBPJPY,GBPUSD,NZDUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY.

HOW LONG DOES A TRADE TAKE TO REACH A TARGET?

Approximately 7 days

HOW MANY TRADES PER WEEK DO YOU TAKE?

Approximately 4 trades.

CAN I ADJUST THE LOT SIZE PER TRADE?

All trades use the same lot size according to account size and money management rules. For every $1000 we trade one micro lot 0.10.

DO YOU USE STOP LOSS ON TRADES?

We always use a stop loss on every trade.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We use PAYPAL as a secure form of payment for our subscribers.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRAIL?

We feel there is no need for a free trial. Our strategy has been tested for over two years resulting in over 500 trades, over 10,000 pips, and averaging over 3% ROI monthly.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Remember to cancel within 72 hours of your month’s subscription bill date. All current trades must be closed by you. We will email you with conformation of the cancelation.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I PAY?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours and you will be emailed to confirm your account activation.

I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT FOREX TRADING CAN I STILL SUBSCRIBE?

Yes! We offer amazing support via email and phone. Reach out to us and we will help you set up your accounts. Once your accounts have been set up our trade copier service is 100% fully automated.

HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW OF A CHANGE TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER?

Email us at support@fxtradeaction.com of the changes to your email address and/or phone number. We will email you with conformation of the changes.

IS YOUR TRADE COPIER SERVICE AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE?

ARE THERE ANY ADDITION FEES AFTER SUBSCRIBING?

Our trade copier service and unlimited email and phone support is included in the $97.00 monthly subscription. There are no additional fees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subscription:
To make our service affordable to small and large trading accounts we have established a monthly fee of $197 per month.

Payments are automatically charged the day after expiration of the current monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

Please note: When a subscription is cancelled or payment is declined, the trades that are currently opened through FXTA trade copier will remain open and must be closed by you manually through your MT4 platform.

Cancelations:
Cancellation must happen at least three (3) days before a subscription payment is scheduled to be charged. There will be no partial or prorated refunds and subscriptions are non-refundable. There will be an email sent confirming your cancelation.

Broker:
Any MT4 broker will work! We do not recommend or endorse any one broker. Here is a list of brokers used by our current clients.

Money Management:
Money management is the key. It is often said, that the most common fault of traders is not the trading strategy but the lack of implementing a proper money management strategy. For every $1,000 in you trading account FXTA trades one micro lot $0.10.

To maintain proper risk and reward you need to open an account for a minimum of $1,000.

VPS:
Our copier service is fully hosted which means you do not need a VPS or leave your computer on. You will still be able to log into your account to view all open, closed, and pending trades.

Trade Strategy:
The strategy is propriety! Our trading strategy is fully automated to keep human error and emotions out of the trades.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF COMMUNICATIONS:
You agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures that are provided in connection with the FXTA trade copier.

We will provide these communications to you by posting them on the FXTA’s website and/or by emailing them to you at the primary email address listed in your agreement.

UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION:
It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date so that FXTA can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if FXTA sends you an electronic communication but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communications, FXTA will be deemed to have provided the communication to you.

Please note that if you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add FXTA to your email address book so that you will be able to receive the communications we send to you.

You can update your primary email address at any time by emailing FXTA.
